Ultra Rare Puya seeds harvested in the Andes mountain range with a very unusual yet beautiful appearance. Foliage is much the same as many of our other Puya's in that it forms a large rosette of silver / green leaves but at the start of the flowering season in spring the flower spike emerges covered in a feathery netting and from behind the netting emerge navy blue trumpet shaped flowers with bright yellow stamens. These seeds will one day without doubt become a truly remarkable specimen by any standards and are well worth the effort. Perfect for containers or as a large potted plant that is not to difficult to get started from seed and requires minimum care once established and can even handle a light frost or two. STUNNING!
