Seriously this company is of the chart. 100 seeds over 65% germinated within the first 10 days and I am sure some woke up within only a few days.

This batch I sowed in coco choir mixed with 20% perlite under a horticultural light.

Kept in a heated propagator kept over 25c opened once a day to bring in some fresh air and sprayed with a mist if it looked like the top layer was getting dry. New seedlings popping up daily.
