This sea holly thistle provides flowers like no other with 2 inch Neon or Electric blue blooms on 30 inch stems. This very special thistle is really something to look at and better yet it is a very easy to grow perennial that is ideal for cut flowers that comes back year after year.

Can grow in almost all gardens and is perfect for growing in borders where it can be used to great effect to contrast against darker foliage or large tropical foliage plants.

Seeds can be started at most times of the year by storing in the fridge for 2 - 3 weeks before sowing but for ideal results sow them in Autumn. Sow directly where you want them to grow in to the top layers of the soil and nature will do the rest.

Normal flowering cycle times are June - September. Dies down in winter and then grows again the following spring.
